The thing is, I don't have it down perfectly yet...but I'm experiencing enough of the rewards to realize that the THM "diet" can be a really great way to approach meals. It takes a bit of practice and creativity--which is discouraging at first--but, seeing what others have done with it (there's so much on Pinterest!), I know I can do this if I just stick with it. And I do feel so much better having eliminated sugar from my diet. :)

But yeah, menu plans are hard...I'm hoping after a couple months of experimenting with the THM cookbook (and Pinterest), I can come up with a few good menu plans to fall back on whenever I need them. They just have to fit how we already eat--e.g., no beans! (Andrew won't eat them--I guess you know that already. ;)) It'll take some looking, but I think it's doable. Right now it's a tad frustrating but also kind of fun. :)Cristahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04819296713211656207noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6371311360999587077.post-68022104294861019662016-03-14T08:07:38.357-07:002016-03-14T08:07:38.357-07:00"(Or, as Bertie Wooster might say, “delish.”)..."(Or, as Bertie Wooster might say, “delish.”)" Haha! That made me smile. :D

I've got to hand it to you, Crista. You're doing a really good job with sticking to this diet. A lot better than I would do! And I understand the problem of being repetitive with meals. I feel like we do that here, too. It really is difficult to come up with new ideas every single day.
